October, 2011- Back to Work

We had a fantastic two-week vacation in Australia attending Manilla Slope Fest in New South Wales.  We will post as many pictures and videos as we can on RCGroups for all to see what a wonderful event this is.  We showed off some of our wares and picked up some ideas on what our customers are interested in which will help us set the course for the design and development of our future product line.

So now we go back to business of supplying you with the best EPP slope soarers in the industry.  The order buttons are active and the shelves are well stocked.

So order away and we’ll make sure you get your packages as soon as humanly possible.

September, 2011- Gone Flying!

As we told you last month, September is our vacation time and as of the 9th day of the 9th month, we are off for some rest and relaxation.

That’s why all the products are “Out of stock” even though the shelves are well stocked. See, there’s nobody here to ship you what you want.  So you gotz to wait!

If you can’t sit still and have to do something about that itch (the ordering one I mean!) send us a message using the quick contact on the top right hand corner of this page (see the little yellow down-arrow to the right of “Search”?) and tell us what you need.  This will be our secret waiting list. But for this month only!  When we get back in a few weeks, we’ll go through the list and remind you to place your  order.

So have a nice September and we’ll see you in the Fall.

August, 2011 – This Update is an Upgrade!

Up goes the new domain. Up goes the redesign. Up goes the redirect. Up, Up, Up!

Suffice to say that we hope you’re enjoying the new virtual digs. There are still some kinks to work out and some new features to work in, but we’ll get there soon enough.  So don’t be shy and don’t keep your opinions to yourself.  Let us know what you think of the new site and tell us how we can make it better for you. …..and no we cannot give our kits away for free so don’t ask!!!

In other news, we’ll be out of town and out of country come September for our annual vacation and shop down time.  We’ll go around visiting some slopes, maybe hangout at the Manilla Slope Fest in Australia and gather some new ideas and input from our loyal customers.

So don’t expect us back until October first. Unfortunately we won’t be able to ship out orders during that interim.
For those of you who’ll be joining us Down Under, don’t forget your Vegemite, and we hope to see you there!

Here comes round 2 and still fretting about drop bears…..

June, 2011 – Bluto Released!

The long-awaited release of the Bluto is now behind us.  It went as smoothly as expected and the boxes should be in the mail in a day or two.  Also as expected, we ran out of stock in a few hours as the available kits were snapped up at record speed ! Hopefully those who didn’t get one are not too upset. We did give prior warning that procrastination was not a good strategy here. So I apologize if you missed out but fear not, new kits are already on the way.

I know that our distributor in the UK, T9HobbySport still has a few kits on hand, so those across the pond shouldn’t have to wait long.  We anticipate having news kits available in about a week. That’s why we conservatively set July 1st as the available date for the next batch.  I’m looking forward to seeing the first build thread on RCGROUPS (or RCMF for that matter!) and hear about peoples comments.  As usual we’ll be a fly-on-the-wall and try to learn from what you have to say.

Oh! By the way, the next NCFM model to be released in January 2012 is already in development.  I can’t tell you what it is but it is small, fast and will remind you of a certain rascally varmint!!
