Note: We do respond to all emails, though we also receive a minimum of 30 per day, with very in-depth questions. They are read immediately, but a reply may take anywhere from 5 minutes to several days, depending on current volume. We don't have email access at the shop, and much prefer a phone call, if possible, which also allows greater depth and specifics while answering any questions you may have.
