Calculating the MAC on a
Single Taper Wing
Harris was a little bored yesterday, apparently, so he drew out the formula for calc'ing the exact Mean Aerodynamic Chord on a single taper wing. This example is based on an 8" root, 6" tip, i.e. the Moth.
